As a teacher fresh out of college, I worry I will not be able to provide the same learning materials as a veteran teacher. I feel as though my students deserve to have the highest quality education and a large part of this is materials to help my leaders be successful. My location is in a low-income area and I feel as though it is largely my responsibility to assure all my students have equal opportunity regardless of financials at home. With my school being new I am not being provided any materials past the chairs, desk, and room. With the materials requested, I will be able to teach with games and hands-on materials, which will help transform my students' learning. With these materials, I plan on running math centers, along with teaching more interactive lessons with whiteboards for each student. In addition, I will be able to have posters and materials to help my student learn visually and have a classroom that is a proper environment for learning. Your donation will help my students receive the materials they need to grow as learners and leaders. Anything will help, thank you for considering funding my third grade classroom.
