Maintaining a good and positive learning environment helps students to keep focused, do their best, and follow rules to accomplish academic and behavior expectations. Students need to feel that what they do is right and that they are rewarded to try their best. The teaching-learning environment requires teachers and students to develop relationships rooted in trust and recognition. Rewards make feel students they belong to a place that recognizes their efforts to do well.
