Motivation drives students success. Motivation plays a critical role in students productivity, quality and speed of work. Reading the quotes in the room daily may cause the students to believe what they are reading. In reading the quotes it may change the students behavior. With motivation my students can achieve anything. The flexible seating gives students a way to move while completing work. Flexible seating allows students to wobble, rock, bounce, lean or stand, which increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow and core strength. In turn, this burns more calories and increases metabolism.
