We are returning to in-person instruction, and anxiety and stress will be high for students who have been home for a while. My job is to help those students learn skills to cope with these emotions. Drawing and creating is a great release. This iPad and pencil will help students practice mindfulness and emotional releases thru art and drawing. iPad also allows breathing exercises and activities to calm anxiety. Social/Emotional release is vital to a student's success. It is proven that students need to learn at an early age how to release these emotions and deal with problems in a healthy way. This tablet will allow their creativity to flow and their anxiety to escape!
