All of the items I placed on the list are math manipulative’s to help students learn with hands on. In my time teaching 6th grade I have realized how many students still need the concrete things to grasp equations. Seeing the fraction bars set up together gives a student a better grasp on fractions and simplifying over just doing the problems on paper. These items will be used in class, not at home. I have found websites that help with virtual math manipulative’s. These items would be a blessing in our math class, thank you!
