These materials will help my students learn about the importance of health, fitness, and nutrition. They will learn how leading an active lifestyle can help them improve in their daily life and even their academics. They will learn how to track their steps and find ways to walk more throughout the day. They will also collaborate with each other to play sports. My students can come up with competitions to help them reach their goals. Learning about taking control of their health while they are young can set them up for success as they go through life. These are lifelong skills. The equipment will help them stay active while having fun!
