Sitting at a desk is boring. Students need a place to be that they have choices and feel good about. My classroom can be that place. This seating will offer them the choice to leave the desk and sit at an area of their choice to work and create their masterpieces. If Covid-19 causes distancing this year, this seating will help them feel comfortable with their 6-foot distance because they get to choose it! In a world that is so far out of our control, I am hoping to give my students a little bit of control back this year.
