My first goal for this school year is to create a safe, comfortable space for my students to learn. With this being my first year teaching, I am starting from the bottom with supplies. The products I have selected will help me create a classroom my students are happy, maybe even excited, to come to each day. The books I have selected will help give me a jump start on having an in class library. My students will be able to borrow a book to read in class, or take home with them. I want to have a wide variety of books so that students can self select a book that they will connect with. By allowing students access to books they will enjoy and invest in, I hope to spark a life long love for reading.
