Students will learn to play solo and cooperatively with sand and water in the 4 Station Sand and Water Play Center. Building patience and self control when projects aren't perfect or partners is a crucial objective for this project. Sharing tools and objects which build, pool or pile sand and water will develop collaborative play. Describing what was fun and about the product and the exercise will help students with language and confidence. The clean up following the activity will instill the routine of bringing a project to completion. I expect to display pictures of their work for memories.
