Every student should be given the opportunity to self-reflect and 'fill their own buckets' within their learning environment and throughout the school day. Students will be able to visit their classroom Social Emotional Learning Area to build self character. Some of the activities that students will be completing in this learning area will be self journaling while on the bean bags being purchased. Some of the materials that will be used in the Social Emotional Learning Area will be purchased on the Teacher's Pay Teacher's Site which will be purchased using the gift cards being requested. Giving students the opportunity to talk about feelings and to build their self characters with the pillars of gratitude, courage, forgiveness, kindness and love are essential as lifelong learners.
