The pandemic and distance-learning affected students in different ways, and students vary in their skill level for mathematics. A flipped classroom gives students the opportunity to learn at their own pace by watching instructional videos for homework that I've pre-recorded. This opens up class time to allow me to work hands-on with students and assist them with the practice problems and/or math activity for the day instead of teaching at the board for majority of the class period. This project will give my students the supplies they need to be successful in 7th grade math including earphones to watch videos, calculators, batteries for calculators, practice math sheets and graph paper. I will also be able to create high-quality and engaging videos for my students with an iPad, TPT resources through a gift card and tech tools.
