Students will be able to engage with math concepts they are struggling with in real world applications. Through hands-on learning and games, their math skills will increase. Using math in ways they haven't before, they will find why math is so important for them when they are out in the real world. By making learning math fun students will solidify their math fluency. Students will see how math is used in many areas not just in math class. They will be able to apply their mathematical skills in science, art, and financial literacy. In order to do this they need to increase their math fluency with basic math skills and learn how to apply those skills to other mathematical concepts such as algebra and geometry.
