As we transition from distance learning to in-person learning, I would like to fill my classroom with resources to help make our face-to-face time together fun and engaging! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for the past year and a half, most students have been learning primarily via iPads and computer screens. Tactile resources such as bingo, sort-n-match, sequencing tiles, and flip books will help my English Language Learners (ELL) rediscover the joy of learning. These materials will be safely handled and shared to give all students an opportunity to attain success. Supporting their literacy development will lead to higher achievement in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
