As the dreams of digital lessons dance around, students will be able to read articles online. My lessons provide opportunities for collaboration among students so they can summarize, infer, comment and write digitally. Technology provides an excellent opportunity for students to do research for writing projects in the classroom. My students will create slide shows to present their research to the entire class. I want to emphasize how much this will help students that struggle speaking in front of others. Having the opportunity to create and present their ideas in a different format will help students gain self confidence in themselves.
