Covid 19 has forced music to be reimagined at our elementary school. Students will now have limited access to instruments, technology, and resources that would have been regularly a part of their daily learning. Buckets will be used as drums and the large ball drums will add a low tone as well as variety and an element of fun to the class. By learning bucket drumming, students can have a fun and active way to access music materials that are easy to sanitize and reuse with multiple grade levels. The items are easy to transport and use outdoors. They will each have a whiteboard and materials to write their own rhythms and songs.
