When working with math kids need a lot of visual support. Having different manipulatives types help the kids explore numbers and counting in many ways. Having the manipulatives organized and ready for the students is key to working quickly and effectively. The containers will come in handy when trying to store the manipulatives and will help passing them out much easier. Providing my students with Boogie Boards will give us a simple, compact, clean way to practice and respond to questions. The students will be able to use these in all curriculum areas. They have write letters, words, numbers, and equations. With the boards being able to erase so quickly we can move effectively in the classroom.
