These 2 years 2020-2021 have been difficult for all, especially scholars. My scholars are from Englewood and Back of the Yards community where resources are not readily available. These scholars need the ability and the opportunity to freely express their feelings and emotions about themselves and their environment. These supplies, such as canvases, paint, and brushes, will allow scholars the chance to use art as a way to express emotions, feelings, and self-awareness in a positive format and will create innovative artists. This activity will be some scholars' first experience using art materials of this kind.

About my class
