These garden towers will provide an opportunity for culinary students to join, learn and apply the farm to table movement in their own classrooms. Culinary is much more than just cooking. It is knowing your food's history, as well as how it is grown, and there is no better opportunity than their own garden. The garden is intended to start small, with the focus on herbs and small leafy vegetables and plants. Students will be expected to research, apply and problem solve to build, create and maintain their class garden.

About my class
