My students are taking on the task of taking the AP Exam. In order to do well on this exam and earn college credit, it is necessary that they are well-read individuals. Many of the books provided on my list are books that have been referenced on the AP at some point or another. By supplying my students with these books, you will help them to succeed on the test! These books will be used for independent reading assignments as well as book clubs for them to discuss amongst themselves. Having a choice of books that they will not have to buy themselves will level the playing field by allowing those students who may not have another means of procuring those books to have access to them. This will allow all of my students to walk into that test with enough knowledge and confidence to tackle any FRQ 3 question that is thrown at them.
