ESGI is a progress monitoring program that I have used previously in my kindergarten classroom. Now that I've moved to a new school I'm anxious to use it again. In the past I used it weekly for almost every subject. The program provides an easy way to create any assessments I need and also has thousands of pre-loaded assessments ready to use. It allows me to quickly gather information about student progress. After each assessment, students are able to see a colorful graph that shows their progress. There is no greater joy than seeing their eyes light up when they see their progress graph. The program even has presentation tools to communicate progress to families.
