Students have been learning at home for over a year and it is time to bring them back into our building. I want the space to feel warm, comfortable and inviting so that some of the anxiety about being back in person can be eased. I want to make our room cozy and inviting for them to adjust well to this new way of learning. Students need to feel comfortable in a world of unknown. I want my classroom to be that space. I want to add soft items like saucer seats, bean bags, pillows, soft lighting and rugs to my space.
