These calm kits will be used by 9 and 10 year olds in order to help regulate emotions. Need some time to calm down? You Got This! Grab your kit and head to a calm space in our classroom! Kids will be shown how to use the items in the kit to calm their breathing, record thoughts, relieve anxiety and find comfort. Kids will have independence creating and selecting materials for their own kits. Finished kits will hang from each students desk, quickly accessible whenever needed. 4th grade can be tough, these kits will help all kids continue to learn while also navigating the tough emotions of 4th graders.
