The goal is to grow, to succeed, and evolve. This year, the goal is to expand my classroom library, to encompass SEL, and strengthen and utilize Project Based Learning. I would love to maintain the excitement of literacy and expand student representation in text, and most importantly pour back into my students as my teachers poured into me. I serve a diverse population, and I would like to highlight diverse backgrounds and celebrate differences. Each book was carefully chosen with all students in mind. Literacy is the way of the world! My students spend a bulk of their time in the classroom library. I would like to afford them an opportunity to broaden their love for literacy, while teaching and celebrating diversity! School changes lives!
