These Literacy and Math center activities will be used in the classroom. For most of their first-grade year, these students were distance learners trying to acclimate themselves to using computers. Now that we are back in our print rich classroom, your donations will create activities throughout the room where scholars can learn independently, with a partner, or within small groups. With my careful planning and clearly defined expectations, scholars can succeed. Each center will be designed to satisfy three rigorous criteria--independence, sustainability, and meaningfulness. Students will benefit from these activities over long periods of time.
