Having different training modalities in the weight room will allow my students to explore various forms of exercise that can teach them how to exercise later in life using affordable and easily accessible equipment such as resistance bands. Furthermore, these bands will allow me as a teacher to differentiate my lessons to cater to individuals' athletic performance levels by adding resistance to lifts and also by scaling down exercises to mimic compound lifts using the bands. Additionally, the use of resistance bands will allow me to maximize my limited space in the weight room as the bands will not take up any room for storage or performing purposes.
