The items I requested will help in my daily class duties as a teacher. The different resources which were selected will help increase test scores that are needed here. First of all, I want to begin by telling you I teach four classes a day in the subject of language arts. In my first period, I have a total of 25 students, of which eight are students with disabilities. Because of this and due to the district I work in are suffering because of low test scores I arranged my class in stations. In the four different stations, students will work on multiple assignments with the use of the strategy known as differentiation. As I begin to tell you why the different items were selected again I want you to think about the pandemic we continue to work in. So let's begin with the black containers, I suggested these to put in the stations to keep all supplies in a specific area due to students assigned to a seat. And in case someone comes in contact with Covid-19 this will reduce the spread from using items throughout the entire class. Now as for the headphones because I am a language art teacher a lot of my students daily use the strategy of audio version so headphones are much needed for all students. Using the headphones reduces the levels of distraction. Again, the air fresher will be used to promote a welcoming environment for all students and parents. Finally, the printer, laminator, laminator sheets, will allow me to print assignments to send home as well as eliminate the assignment to post throughout my class and the hallways to encourage students.
