These items will help me create an incentive system for my students, and make them feel special on their birthdays. The snacks and toys that are inside the intricate treasure box will be a great way to motivate kids and give them something to look forward to when they come to school on their birthdays. Kids respond well when there is a reward at the end of their goal and this treasure box will provide them with the excitement and determination to be obedient and reach their personal goals! I have always dreamed of having a treasure box in my classroom since I had one in my second grade class as a child. It made such an impact on me that I now want to make feel special the way I did with my class treasure box!
