Many of my students have not been in our building for an entire year; my hope is to establish an environment where students build on their self-confidence and grit to overcome challenges in a responsible, mature manner. I hope to help them believe in their abilities and not to give up on themselves so easily by seeing the motivational messages adorned on the hallway walls as they go from class to class. I wish to help them learn coping skills to deal with situations through communicating and believing in themselves.

About my class
