I think this will affect my students' learning by creating a sense of family and community in my classroom. I would love to be able to have my students be able to have conversations and have circle time in the mornings. I would love for my students to be able to sit close together and listen to each other. I would also like to read to my students are much as I can on the rug. I think this is a great way to promote the fun of reading. I would also use this rug to teach valuable lessons for my students like sharing and what kindness is. I remember when I was younger, all of my favorite memories of school were when my class would do circle time or read a louds on the rug.
