My goal is to have a book in each student's hand when I am using literature to teach a concept. I will be using The True Story of tthe Three Little Pigs and The Three Little Pigs to teach point of view. Allowing my students to each have a book in hand to work with is priceless! It allows to them to engage with the text, use illustrations to help improve their comprehension skills and they can use sticky notes to practice their note taking skills! My students are more engaged when they have a book in hand while working. Allowing each of them to work directly with the text will enhance their experience and make the lesson more meaingful!

About my class
