Many of my students have not had the opportunity to learn in a classroom setting yet. Transitioning from learning from home to a classroom environment will be a big change for my students. With this project, I am hoping to give my students plenty of seating options throughout the classroom so they can feel comfortable and focused. The wiggle stools will be a great addition to our classroom for students who find traditional chairs uncomfortable. Floor cushions will be useful for designating spaces during circle time while giving them a comfortable seat. During table instruction, students will be able to use the gardening cushions to kneel on as an alternative to being seated. This project will give my students flexibility with seating to help promote safe seating options while learning.
