Flocabulary lets students practice academic vocabulary and reading comprehension through age appropriate rap music. Students can access lessons/videos both at home and school. This website is great for teaching all subjects at the 5th grade level. Where else can students learn about taxes and rap along with lyrics such as "We pay our taxes for things that seem free like national parks and playgrounds for you and me." Music is a more potent instrument than any other for education- Plato. My students love music and having academic concepts taught through Flocabulary makes learning fun! Students love it!
