During our independent work time, flexible seating will offer students a variety of places to work, learn, and be comfortable around our classroom. Allowing students the choice of where to sit and work is an essential component in motivating them and helps them develop a sense of independence. The flexible seating options that I have chosen will help my students by giving them additional places in our classroom to make more effective learning choices. The Time for Kids magazine subscription, books and challenge puzzles will offer my gifted student a the opportunity to stretch their thinking in a fun and creative way! All classroom and cleaning supplies will be essential to help our students learn in a clean environment!
