Audio books help students learn how to read by listening and following along. This is a different way of reading that is sure to excite my students. First graders are emerging readers and learning foundational phonics will help them become fluent readers for the future. Reading includes audio books, that I could use as a center activity. Hands on manipulatives will help my students practice their STEM skills during centers as well. This supports creativity and ingenuity! In order to provide students with centers, we would need to supply the technology center and math center, which is where this project will support! Thank you!
