We will use our table for group time and teacher guided instruction. The cubbies will be personal spaces for student materials and extra supplies. The timer will help to reduce anxiety in my students and help guide them in project completion. The literature on identifying and classifying emotions and feelings will be most helpful in working with my students on the Autism Spectrum and will help to make learning come alive! Our "Camp" themed classroom will include many materials built by myself, using lumber and paint. I hope my students will have fond and loving memories of their time spent together in our classroom.
