Help me get off to a great start in my first year teaching. My classroom is in need of some creature comforts as well as functional areas. A great classroom library will help my students get their hands on some elementary favorites. I have included favorites and a few classics that have been known to foster a love for reading in kids. I want my kiddos to be able to read the books that are always checked out from the main library. Also creating a comfortable fun space with floor cushions in our reading corner will help with motivating students to earn time there. I also want my focus walls to be engaging and cohesive. Materials for good focus walls will help my students be more independent and have resources only a glance away. I have included some math games as well that will make math centers fun as well.
