Many of my students come from an unpriveldged home with little to no support to provide basic school supplies. I have asked for materials such as markers, folders, and pencils to help my students complete their work. These supplies will allow the student to be creative and learn in their own unique way. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given a choice of how to work. Providing a healthy academic learning environment sets a student up for success.

About my class
