The Hex Bars will be used for weightlifting and improving as an athlete. The use of a Hex Bar will help with safely lifting weights. The Hex Bar will make lifting heavy weights easier and safer as opposed to using a straight bar because you grip the Hex Bar outside of your hips instead of in front of your body. The Hex Bar can also replace the use of squats and keep the bar and weight off of an athlete's shoulders and back. The Hex Bar is a good substitute for squats for safety as well.
