Seeing is believing! A telescope would help students see what they are learning about in their astronomy class. Not only will this telescope be accessible for my students, but would be accessible for every class in the school. My vision is to have my middle school astronomy students learn and explore our night sky and then be able to host evening observations events where my students will teach others in our school community (as well as our community in general) about what they have learned in their astronomy class. This project will bring our community together for many wonderful nights under the stars.
