Students will use the materials in the classroom to foster independence, choice, and organization. Students will be able to sit comfortably as they practice their handwriting and read books while being able to store their materials neatly in the classroom mailboxes. Students having the option of different seating allows them to feel in control and create a want in learning. Students will be able to practice and teach other students letter handwriting with their tracing boards. Students will learn organization through using the classroom mailboxes. These Kindergartners will feel empowered and excited to learn!
