This list of books has been selected with my students in mind to expand on topics we have covered in the classroom and get them excited about reading on their own. I have chosen books at all different reading levels, so all of my students can find literature that speaks to them. I will encourage my students to take books home with them for leisure reading and will set up monthly incentives to get my students excited to dive into books. My students have shown such an interest in reading and I am excited to offer them an extensive class library with a varied list of topics so every young reader can find something they are passionate about.
