My students have ALOT of energy! And, they are expected to sit, listen, and work for long periods of time. Students have direct instruction while seated on the floor, then jobs are modeled and they choose where to complete their work. The wobble chairs will be interspersed at the four tables in my room. When students are completing their daily jobs, they can choose to sit in a wobble chair. This will really help students who have trouble focusing on their work because they can safely wiggle while they work.
