Some of my students have problems focusing in class without moving their bodies. When they start tapping their feet on the floor or constantly getting out of their seat, it distracts the learning environment for others. I also have students that need to sit away from others' on occasion which our group tables don't allow for. When everyone is comfortable in a classroom, anxiety goes down and engagement escalates. Foot & seat cushions can help students not distract each other through movement. Stools and c-tables will give them flexibility to sit where they need.
