As I transition my classroom into a blended learning environment, I feel that flexible seating will have an impact in my students lives. It will teach them community skills and offer them comfort and choice in the learning environment. Flexible seating will also increase student engagement. The classroom environments should encourage collaboration, communication opportunities, creativity, and critical thinking. This simply cannot be done when kids are sitting in traditional desks and chairs all day. Flexible seating will encourage this. It was also make the learning environment fun. Not to mention it offers oxygen and blood flow to the brain.

About my class
