Last year, because of Covid protocols, we were not allowed to sit on the floor as a group. I missed our story times on the carpet together, morning meetings, and working in small groups so much! This carpet will provide us a fun space to come and enjoy time together again as a whole class. It is so important for my young Kindergarteners to learn to work together with their classmates and also learn about personal space. Learning to work cooperatively with others will help them throughout their whole lives.

About my class
