These materials will be used in our Makerspace Room. Our makerspace will be a STEAM modeled curriculum, based on the ideas for educating students in science technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics using interdisciplinary approach. Rather than teach these areas as separate and discrete subjects, STEAM integrates a cohesive learning model based on world experiences, challenges, and application of knowledge. These Legos will be used for the students to build projects such as Lego mazes, animal habitats, scenes from a story, towers, graphing, bridge challenges, character traits, and exploring through play.
