Half of my students are performing below the National Average of their peers due to Covid. My second grade class has not experienced a full year of in person education. Creating colorful activities keeps students engaged and excited to learn. Laminating these activities and games saves paper and can be used multiple years. So far I have created math games such as making arrays 2.OA.C.3, language activity-sentence scramble L.2.1, and phonics task cards RF.2.3b. Research shows students need concrete and colorful representation materials to learn best. Thank you for your support Nevada!
