The materials will make a difference in my students' learning by serving as activities in my literacy room, Ms. O's Reading Center. While in the center students will engage in small group , rotate stations independently, and ultimately gain a learn for reading. After looking at the data from LY assessments, I have noticed that there's an extreme need for fun/ differentiated literacy intervention. Here's a glimpse of some of the intervention center focus: K-2 Students need assistance with phonics and High-frequency words. 3- 5 Students need assistance with decoding and comprehension. At the end of next year, the materials purchased would have helped close educational gaps for 400+ students.
