The flexible seating will allow for my students to be comfortable while learning and reading in the classroom. It will also give students the opportunity to get their "wiggles" out which will help them to focus on learning and classroom tasks. Several of my students have mobility issues. The alternative and flexible seating gives them options for sitting at the tables with their peers as well as on the floor to help increase peer interaction and comfortability. Most children just want to be like their friends, and these bean bags and wiggle spots allow them just that!
