The use and flexibility of this seating will help students relax as they get lost in the pages of their books. This seating can also be used pulled up to an edge of a table, so the student can pour their thoughts onto the lines of their paper. Students generally work better when they are able to read and write in a space they deem their own. These books will encourage students to become successful and confident citizens, regardless of the community they were raised in. These books will also celebrate the color of their skin and black history through an example set forth by the authors of these books.
